Things to Know Before Booking…

The booking fee is non-refundable and is used to secure the shoot date, time, and current price (pricing can and will change without notice). If the client is paying a deposit, the remaining balance is due at least 7 days before the originally scheduled shoot date. Rescheduling can be done up to 48 hours before the shoot. NO MONETARY REFUNDS!

The client will receive a private online proofing gallery within 3 business days from the photoshoot with the selects from the shoot. The client will then be able to choose their favorite images from that gallery to be edited/retouched. The client will have the ability to purchase extra images above however many came in their package. The retouched images will be sent to the client through WeTransfer or Google Drive with both hi-resolution as well as web-sized versions of the chosen retouched images. The normal return time is 3 to 7 business days (14 business days or more for larger orders or during peak times of the year) from the date the client has made their selections. The final retouched photos will be distributed to all involved parties in the photo shoot, such as the photographer, hair/makeup artist, clothing stylist, and participating brands. These images can be used for portfolios and shared on social media. If you desire full control over who may or may not publish the final retouched photos, you can pay an extra $500 for exclusive image rights. This means that only you will receive the images and have the authority to distribute or publish them. This choice is commonly made by influencers for publication purposes or models/celebrities looking to have full control over their image.

Copyright/Usage – The client is allowed to utilize all completed images for personal purposes, such as social media, portfolio websites, or other non-commercial uses. However, the copyright of the photographs will remain with Patrick D Simmons Photography. Permission is granted for Patrick D Simmons Photography to use these photos for future advertising, studio display, licensing, competition, exhibits, and/or reproduction. Please note that commercial use of the images is not permitted without a written licensing agreement (email correspondence is acceptable) prior to the shoot.

Important Notice: Please be advised that I do not conduct photography sessions involving nudity, including full or implied, lingerie, or boudoir-type shoots. I strictly adhere to ethical standards and only capture appropriate images for all ages.

Extended Editing

Retouching includes color correction, exposure, detail sharpening, blemish removal, and stray hair from face removal (if possible) and any other basic cleanup. Any extra detail editing such as fixing bad makeup applications, body reshaping, tattoo removal, background replacement, or clothing longer/shorter, fixing hair edges and hair extension part is not included in the standard editing process and will incur an additional fee starting $50 hour depending on the complexity of the editing.
